A dictionary definition of a catalyst is ‘a person who causes or promotes change by their presence in a situation or their input into it’. It involves getting things started, initiating, pioneering, starting a chain reaction.
We do change, hopefully always for the better. But the one who does the work, and on whom we build our lives and ministry as catalysts, does not. Jesus never changes and it is a joy for us to do what God has called us to do and inspire, help and encourage others, and empower people to be all He has called them to be.
In a word spoken over our lives a number of years ago, God told us we would pass on ‘a flaming torch to others, training some and envisioning others, that we will send many into the harvest fields in His power and anointing.’
As catalysts, our vision wherever God has sent us is to see the brokenhearted healed, and people set free and empowered through preaching, teaching, discipleship, training and compassion, and whatever means the Lord gives us.
Recognising that the Kingdom and Mission of God encompasses all of life, we seek to empower Kingdom mission engagement in every sector and sphere of society (e.g. family, education, the arts, health, business, etc), in spiritual and practical ways which reflect God’s will and intent for ‘shalom’ peace, prosperity and human flourishing (Matthew 6:10).
This includes coaching, facilitation, debriefing, and producing empowering training resources.
We seek to catch God’s vision and pass on the flaming torch.
We seek to empower revelation so that people can see what they couldn’t see before.
Our Mission
- Setting people free and empowering them to advance the Kingdom of God (Great Commission)
- Reaching out to the hurting, traumatised, and disadvantaged with the love of God (Great Commandment) – turning Disadvantage to Advantage (D2A)
